*Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals are subject to a different nightly rate. Both music festivals require a 1 month cancellation notice. If cancellation takes place after the 1 month window, customer forfeits reservation with no refund for the three days.

*Refund & Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance by email  for refund. If cancellation takes place after the 72 hour window, customer forfeits the first nights charge.
